Mixed selection of our wines - carton (6 x 750ml)

A selection pack of our different wines from 2018 to 2025.

We commenced organic farming in 2019 and achieved full certification in 2022.  Blending with a merlot is the basis of most Bordeaux wines and indeed forms the backbone of our wine selection.

Our first vintage Rouge(2018) is a blend of 88% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot which is a more traditional style with French Oak barrels for the 12% varietals.

For Prestige (2019) we went to a more contemporary blending with 80% base of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot both aged in French Oak. Merlot completed the 20%. This was also the year we commenced Organic farming.

Rose (2025) is 100% Merlot lightly pressed at the winery and fermented in concrete vats. Bottled under nitrogen to enable reduced preservative (SO2).
