Bordeaux Rosé 2025 (6 x 750ml)

Rosé 2025 from Château Maine Gazin was produced organically from merlot grapes harvested about 10 days before full maturity for lively flavour and acidity. A very light pressing of the grapes before the juice was fully fermented in a concrete. After settling and some gentle fining, it was decided no reduction of colour in order to preserve the unique crisp fruity flavour.

Low in SO2 and bottled under nitrogen to preserve.

A very good year for merlot enabling early harvest with nice acidity and flavour.

Tasting notes

Easy to drink as an aperitif with some interesting nectarine flavours and a hint of vanilla. 

Pairs nicely with seafood or Asian cuisine.
